Our commitment

Whitlock Life Agency works to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.

Standard we aim for

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our working standard. We test as we build, but we do not claim full conformance, and some areas may fall short.

What we've built in

• Semantic headings, landmarks, and labeled form fields.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout.
• Tap targets sized for touch on mobile.
• Text and interface contrast checked against the dark theme.
• Animation reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and icon-only controls.

Known limitations

The booking calendar and chat assistant rely on interactive components that we continue to test and refine. If either one blocks you, call or email and we will complete your request personally — you will never be asked to use a tool that doesn't work for you.
